RHB, Inc. was incorporated in May 1994 by Rodger H. Brooks. The primary focus of the business was the acquisition of mineral rights, royalties and overriding royalties in Oklahoma, Texas and North Dakota. In 2004, the company was acquired by Amy Underwood (formerly Amy U. Brooks). Although Ms. Underwood moved to North Carolina in 2006, the company is still operated out of Oklahoma City.
